Log
In Brief
Each ninja's black belt folder includes a log file. At the end of every session, a ninja's log file should be updated to reflect the work they completed and the work which should be started next session. If at the beginning of a ninja's session, you are unsure of how to help the ninja get started, refer to the last log entry for assistance.
In Detail
The log files are stored as .odt files that you are able to open using Microsoft Word, Libreoffice Writer, Google Docs, or any other word processor of your choice. Each log entry includes a date, the sensei that was present, and a short outline of what happened during the ninja's session. The entry should include any features added, any bugs fixed, if any documents were worked on (planning document, road map, checklist, gantt chart, etc), if the ninja had any particular difficulties that couldn't be resolved, what the ninja plans on working on at home, and what the ninja should be working on for their next session. If you were too busy during the ninjas session and were unable to work with them, it is encouraged that you make a log entry regardless and note that you were unable to work with them so that there is a record of such.
