Progress At A Glance
In Brief
The "ProgressAtAGlance.xlsx" spreadsheet is dedicated to tracking all of the ninjas' progress at once. It is not as detailed as the Gantt charts, but offers a quick and comparitive relation between different black belt ninjas for internal use.
In Detail
This spreadsheet does not need to be updated every session, but instead can be updated periodically (at least weekly). The only values that need to be updated are the hours completed for each ninja. You can get these values from each ninja's Gantt chart in the top right corner. This spreadsheet should not be shown to parents and is primarily so that we can interally compare differences between ninjas and find which ninjas to focus on.
